power bi report builder file parameters caching values

hi team, 

i have a cascading dropdown rdl is published on power bi service.

Child dropdown values are populated using parentid, it is caching the values and not refreshing when i am trying it multiple times,Issue is internittent that child values i have to click in dropdown(child parameter) then it gets refreshed with parent values.

Please suggest what setting i have to change to rectify this issue
