We have A1 Capcity for Power BI Embed and typically we pause it night. For last few days we have started monitroing average memory, to our surprise, when A1 capcity is Paused, we still see memory usage around around 1 GB, can somebody, please help me understand the reason.

Sorry, but this does not answer my question. To me it looks like memory calculation shown under metrics does not reflect correct value. Another thing which, I discovered if I pause and start again, memory usages comes down significantly with same rendering load.
