Solved: power bi dashboard link expiry time

Hi,

In PBI service i have shared a dashboard link with my co-worker who has a pro license too. However my question is can we restrict the dashboard link to be valid for a certain time period( In hours or days)? Please advice.

Hi @karthikvalluri,

Current I haven't found any similar options or settings to limit access datetime range. Maybe you can submit an idea for this requirement.

There is no time speciifc but the link will not be accessible if you decide to remove the user from dashbaord sharing pane-> share tab-> below manage permission-> remove access to dashboard.

As long as you remove access to the dashboard, the user can not have access to it. You may wish to remove access by going to manage permissions page and they will no longer be able to see the dashboard.
