    clear your browser cache, clear all Power BI cookies.

Try in your browser's incognito mode

    It works in browser's incognito mode. Thank you for the advice. 
    Do you know if there is  any solutions for the issues caused by not using incognito mode?"

        I tried your method, but the problem still existed. and  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the browser, and the problem was resolved. Thank you very much for your advice.
