power bi app is not loading

Same happening for me since this morning. Most of them working but one of them just spinning.
Initially I didn't have any Apps in my list and had to clear cache to get them back.
I did a Ctrl F5 at one point which got the app loading, an hour later it has reverted to not loading again

For us, we were required to upgrade the Workspace. Once upgraded, the app was able to be built without any wait and could access the reports.

Hey guys I have been trobleshoting this issue 2 days now, refreshing reports and datasets, windows page but did not help, the app did load in MS Teams but sticking on the web. 

My apps are having the same issue of being stuck at 'building your app...'. Created a ticket and waiting for response.

I've noticed I'm getting a 401 error if go into debug mode.
Not everyone is getting this, just a couple of us

Upgarding the workspace helped in solving the issue.
