Hi Experts,
We are using power bi with office 365 license without premium.
Our requirement is to have a dashboard with Live data which will go on TV.
We have created the report on the Power BI desktop tool and published it and using the enterprise gateway to refresh it 8 times.
However the requirement is to keep it real time.
I have researched and found below link to push data into dataset:

In "Step 2: Get an authentication access token" its asking for Microsoft Visual studio for which we dont have license.
Can you please suggest any way around this or any other approach to achive real time data in dashboard.

Some people have gotten around this by connecting Live to a database and then using a browser refresh tool to auto refresh the browser. Kind of hacky, but works. Although I am not 100% certain that MySQL supports live connections (DirectQuery)

But Mysql is not supported in DirectQuery method.
My query is that is Visual studio license necessary for this step?
Can I do it on Microsoft visual studio community version or by any other approach?
Please help.
