Can can one provide answers for below questions.

Its very urgent ....Please help me on this.

1) They have different groups using Power BI - what is the right approach from an operating procedure standpoint, how we move data to the entire environment, who should publish apps, gatekeeper, keep an eye on prod -helping how to do things and how to execute day to day change creating roles, etc. ?

2) As an admin what performance challenges you encountered and what steps you took both from a governance  and a technical standpoint (user access) ?

3) How did you make sure Power BI users were provisioned the right access; rather if what was the process you followed to grant mass access ?
