Dears,

I had Created 3 reports and Dashboard. I have some user with BI free license, can able to share a report?

My id with  Pro license and i don't option to create new APP ( already enabled Tenant Settings)

Hi @unais ,

With sharing, whether you share content inside or outside your organization, you need a Power BI Pro license. Your recipients also need Power BI Pro licenses, unless the content is in a Premium capacity.

As for "app",do you mean "app workspace"?Have you applied for the entire orgnization?Are you having a Pro license or just a Pro trial?

Hi unais, i dont quite understand what you mean, but what i think you are asking is can i share my report and dashboard with people who have free licences and the answer is no. Not with a pro licence, if you have premium license then yes, but with a normal pro license, you would have to share it with people who have a pro license.
