Hello everyone,
I need your help, to tell me if it's possible to create a button on a powerbi report that button will execute the following task ( a power automate task):
First generate pdf file which is the same report with the button and then convert it to word and send it to a person with mail
please if it's possible to do this or not

@Anonymous Thank you so much i found out that i have a pro license so i can't do what i was supposed to do, but youdon't have any idea about how i can do it without have a premium license?

If you do not have the appropriate license, you will need to use another external tool to do this. Alternatively, you can upgrade your license by following the tutorial above. When using external tools, be sure to evaluate the security of these tools to ensure that your data and system are not at risk.

it’s possible to create a button in a Power BI report that triggers a Power Automate flow to generate a PDF, convert it to Word, and send it via email.
With Power Automate, you can automate exporting and distributing Power BI reports in different formats and scenarios. Before you use the action, make sure your report in Power BI premium or Premium Per User capacity. This link let you know how to export and send emails. Convert PDF to Word with Microsoft Power Automate — Encodian , this blog shows you how to use Microsoft Power Automate to convert a PDF document into an editable Microsoft Word document. You can specify the file name, file content, and conversion mode.
