please help -One of my Power BI gateway server is down in cluster - not primary server

Hi,

I have 2 servers working as Power BI gateway servers and one of them win 2016 is down and I am  not able to restart services, how to go about resolving this issue?

thanks for replying. load balance is already there and one server is taking all load.

anyway, I got it resolved with Microsoft support, after gateway update it seems working.

There is an option for a cluster to load balance. Is this option not available?
