permissions

Hi All,

In the Power BI Admin portal, under Capacity Settings, I have a few capacities.
When I select any capacity, I see the Autoscale feature. I want to grant access to few user so they can enable or disable Autoscale capacities and configure the Autoscale capacity number.
What permissions should I grant to allow the user to manage Autoscale?

Hi @maxwell2k19  - To manage Autoscale settings, users need to be assigned the Capacity Admin role for the specific capacity. This role allows them to configure various capacity settings, including enabling or disabling Autoscale and modifying Autoscale configurations.

In the capacity settings pane, look for the Admins section.

Add the users or security groups who need to manage the capacity, including Autoscale settings.

Once the permission has assign , you can manage the capacity auto scale setting. Hope this works.
