Hi maxwell2k19 - To manage Autoscale settings, users need to be assigned the Capacity Admin role for the specific capacity. This role allows them to configure various capacity settings, including enabling or disabling Autoscale and modifying Autoscale configurations.
In the capacity settings pane, look for the Admins section.
Add the users or security groups who need to manage the capacity, including Autoscale settings.
Once the permission has assign , you can manage the capacity auto scale setting. Hope this works.
