per-query memory limit issue

Hello,

We are facing "increase per-query memory limit" issue in our dashboards. 

If the solution is to upgrade license to Power Bi Premium, could you please let me know if its enough to upgrade only report publisher's license or should we upgrade to Premium for all the users accessing this dashboard.

I believe that the first action in this case is to assess whether there is a possibility of optimizing your DAX calculations so that the visuals are rendered in a better way. As the shared capacity (PRO license) memory limit cannot be increased, it may be recommended to modify the license to Premium capacity. Premium licensing is different from PRO in that you get exclusive capacity and get consistent performance. It is worth noting that users who publish reports still need a PRO license even after migrating to the Premium license, however users who only view reports do not need a PRO license (the entire organization can access premium workspaces, but publish dashboards only who has a PRO license).
