pbi api refresh internal service error

Hi there! we are using pbi api to refresh our oracle dataset through gateway. this morning we have so many report refresh failed with the same error. Something went wrong Refresh failed: ops-nice...

    Hi, Anonymous 

     

    Your understanding is almost correct. What I want to add is that CPU usage is also related to the number of reports currently being used and users, because it also involves refresh (DQ) or RLS, etc.

if you are admin. please check your capacity usage in admin portal -> capcity sth

    only pbi admin can see this page. if you cannot see please contact your pbi admin. this is unrelated to pro account or not

      the change has to be done from my web portal or in Power BI Descktop
      from what I see it is for Premium account, my account is PRO
