pbi Dynamic Subscriptions filter report based on email

Hi

I try to set pbi Dynamic Subscriptions filter report based on email. for rcipient I put only may email, I expected to receive only one mail but I received 50 mails filterd by mail… do I made some wrong steps?

Thank you for the Help! I used specific mail for Recipient. When I upload list from the source and now the process works perfect!
