Hi,
I have a paginated report using three PBI datasets as a data source (in capacity)
When I access and refresh the report using Chrome, one of the datasets are not refreshing and showing really old data.
Using Edge or PBI Report Builder, the report shows data correctly.
What could be causing this issue. I am not the only one in our organisation that this happens.
Thanks.
I cleared the all hostory, cookies, files, cache (evertyhing that I found ) and removed all extensions in Chrome. No impact. Funny thing is that only one of three datasets is not refreshing.
I have a reporting month parameter that I have to select. It seems that it parameter is working correctly, as it shows corresponding month data for all tables and graphs.
Only problem is that one of the datasets is not having data (only on this paginated report) beyond January 2024. (all other datasets in this report have all available data). The other dashboards that are using the same PBI datasets behave correctly and show all available data.
I was thinking that reporting month could cause issues with date format, but it is derived from text field having YYYYMM format...
As I mentioned above, I have no issues with Edge or Paginated Report builder. Android PBI app shows correct data as well
Just in case, i tried with Chrome incognito mode, but no change...
Hi @mhallika
In addition to the selimod, could you please tried to clear out the cache and delete the browsing history.
Ensure you're using the latest version of Chrome.
This might resolve your issue.

Hello @mhallika ,
do you have any addons installed that could interfere with the engine?
Did you disable JavaScript?
You could also try to use a portable Chrome and check if it works there "out of the box"
If you need any help please let me know.
If I answered your question I would be happy if you could mark my post as a solution ✔️ and give it a thumbs up 👍
Best regards
