I have made a test by creating a report and setting a Page filter, then publish to Power BI Service. In Power BI Service, it works well and I also could choose the Page filter option.
Could you post a Screenshots of your issue?
Do you have this issue in a single report or all reports? You could have a test.
In addition, you could try to open Power BI Service in Inprivate Window or try with another Broswer.
