online sharepoint lists

Hi,

 

My dashboard is powered by online sharepoint lists. When I add data, my database in powerbi updates but my charts don't. They are frozen. I refresh my data with the three dots: refreshed data.

I've changed the data type for each column.

 

Can you help me?

    The visual refresh could take up to 15 mins to be displayed. Maybe you should wait a bit

    If I understand correctly, the issue is that your charts didn’t update. Please try the following methods and check if they can solve your problem:

    1.Ensure that the data refresh occurred successfully.

     

    2.Confirm that the SharePoint list is properly connected and that the data types are configured correctly.

     

    3.Make sure that the fields used in the charts have not been altered.

     

    4.Check that any measures or calculated columns for errors.
