on premises data gateway doesn't work

Hi, I get the following message and do not understand why? Can anyone help?

    The problem has been resolved!

    Here's what I did:

     

    1. Removing and Reinstalling the latest version of the Power Bi Desktop
    2.  Replacing the user who runs the on-premises gateway service to Local system
    3.  republished the report to the cloud.
