on premise gateway Invalid credentials

Question

Hi&nbsp;I have a Sql Server running ok. I have Windows Domain admin credentials.&nbsp;I installed the gateway in a VM with windows server 64 bits succesfully.I have Power bi Pro licence and i am the administrator of the service.I publish my reports ok. They work very nice.The gateway appears ON LINE in the service,i add data origins using windows credentials, even using my credentials (above mentioned) and get OK. Its say that the gateway is on line.But when i update or refresh the reports from the service i get this error:&nbsp;Ha habido un error (there is an error)Credenciales de conexión no válidas. Hi&nbsp;I found the problem with de invalid credentials error. The plataform where de VM (windows DC and the VM for the on premise gateway) ,&nbsp; run is Linux. And the IT guy has a linux based proxy&nbsp; call Zentian.&nbsp;&nbsp;We disconnect Zentian, and the on premise&nbsp; gateway run smoothly.&nbsp;We prove that this linux based software has his issues with the gateway.&nbsp;So, the IT guy conect a Patch cord from a NIC from the SQL server VM and the Powerbi gateway VM. And from the last&nbsp; one,&nbsp; another patch cord&nbsp; to the router the get the wan.&nbsp;&nbsp;So, the gateway VM doesnt past trought the Zentian proxy.&nbsp;&nbsp;Problem solved.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

A client recently had this issue, and it ended up being an SSL certificate issue. The cert did not match the connection string used in the Power BI connection. Another workaround they found while not ideal would be to use a SQL login instead of Windows.

HiThanks for your time.I changed the credentials in the gateway&nbsp; from windows to Basic.&nbsp;The sql user has full persmisions sysadmin.saddly It didnt work.&nbsp;&nbsp;I am gona dig up about SSL certificate.Thanks&nbsp; for your help.&nbsp;

HiThe sql doesnt use Encryption
