not able to see any charts

few users are trying to open a Power BI Report but they are not able to see any charts, they see just the pages and the filters panel. When they open the power bi service doesn't load the charts. We have already cleaned the cookies, change the browser and the problem persists. One of the users has the option in Chrome that when opening the Chrome, it will open all the last tabs that he had, so if he had the report, this one works, but if he goes to another report and open it again this one it doesn't work again, so he needs to close everything and open again just to be able to retrieve the data.

If you use another device to log into the account and access the report, does the problem persist?

Perhaps this is related to the current network.
