The CRM URL is case sensitive.

Make sure you type it out correctly, or even copy and paste it from the browser to make sure it is correct.

For example, SVC at the end of the URL should be scv (all in lower case).

When you are typing in the URL there is an example address. Use this as your guide.

yes......... i change it to lowercase .......like   .svc

i copied and pasted the same ,but still it did not work.

Are you able to access the url via a browser?

We are also having the same issues this morning connecting to CRM Online, multiple different tenants!! must be an issue.

This is the error we are getting here on all our Power BI reports that are connected to many different CRM instances

Now everthing has started working again, weird.
