new look on/off in power bi online service

Does any one knows why I turn on the new look that I is does not work.

New look on or off is exactly the same with me, and it works well with my colleagues.

I tried it in explore, chrome and edge...

I can't reproduce your issue here.

Please try to clear the cache of your browser,log out and log in again to the current powerbi service account

If you still have this issue for Power BI,you'd better create a support ticket in Power BI Support to investigate this issue.
