    Hi there in order to use Power BI in an Embedded scenario you will need either Power BI Embedded or Power BI Premium (which includes Embedded)

     

    Here is a link to the documentation explaining how Power BI Embedded works as well as the pricing involved.

    Unfortunately you cannot use Power BI Pro in your scenario.
