The second table contains only the sequence of phases (no more data just only to follow the sequence of phases). However, the first data is going to be detected. The link between the two data is the phase (a-1 followed by b-1, c-1 , d-1,....etc) is the next phase is established (if not, from the end date of the current phase count 5 days then give the rfp name or but highlight either text, background or new column "delayed")but measure need to check first which last phase for this rfp#, this phase comes to end (end date), no next phase in the sequence then highlight it when 5 days has finished.
