Super UserI do not understand the logic behind your ask. Is your sample data missing a date column?
each rfp need to follow phases that shown (THE SECOND TABLE). So, when rfp stuck in a phase (as the example above) need to be known and colored. give 5 days after end day. Then, phase of rfp must be changed to next phase. If not, rfp# or rfp name must be colored with red either text or background.
