1 ACCEPTED SOLUTION

Hi @Sarah_He,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Forum Community.

here are the few troubleshoot steps to resolve the issue:

Check Gateway: Ensure the personal gateway is installed, running, and correctly configured.

Try Manual Upload: Upload the .pbix file directly from Power BI Service as a workaround.

Check File Size: Reduce report size if it’s too large (especially if >1 GB).

Clear Cache: Clear cache from Power BI Desktop settings and restart.

Verify Data Sources: Make sure all data source credentials and paths are valid.

Update Power BI Desktop: Use the latest version of Power BI Desktop.

Check Network: Try a different network or disable VPN/firewall.

Verify Permissions: Ensure you have the required permissions on the target workspace.

If you find this response helpful, please consider marking it as the accepted solution and giving it a thumbs-up to support others in the community.

Thank you & Regards,

Hi @Sarah_He ,

Can you please try save as this pbix file with a new name and try publishing it again. May be the pbix file is corrupted.

Thanks,

Pallavi

I changed a new name, but still unable to publish? Can you quick provide the solution?

Hello @Sarah_He ,

Could you rename the file like incident_ticket.pbix (no spaces or symbols) and try again?
