model references an unsuported data source
Hi all, I have a dataset that refreshes ok on desktop but not on the cloud with the following error
| Data source error: | Unable to refresh the model (id=732757) because it references an unsupported data source. |

I have tried to open a ticket but it does not allow me to, due to the fact that I am a Pro trial user.
Can you help me?

mvouros What are the datasources that you are using?
Before setting up refresh, it’s important to understand what it is you’re refreshing and where you’re getting your data. From your error message, it said that your data source is not supported. Please refer to the link below to see more detail information about data refresh.

I was investigating the error in the model and found out that one query that fetches a set of csv files from a network location, having a parameter and a template query to extract the data is causing the error.
