Hi @sundramkr ,

To my Knowledge, current you can only do migration operations between workspaces.

Duplicating workspaces by using Power BI cmdlets

There is no direct way to migrate Power BI service content to a different tenant, unless you download the .pbix files from the power bi service, republish them to the new tenant power bi service, and reconfigure the gateway for them if needed. But this requires a lot of manual work and is not considered a suitable way.

If you want to migrate all resources from the current tenant to another tenant. We recommend that you contact a specialist engineer to carry out this complex operation for you.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

Thanks a lot @collinq @P_R .

I have tried to find third party tool as well. but did not get one.

Could you please provide some name or link of the tools that you are aware of.

Another thing What steps should i follow to migrated them manually. Could you please mention that too.

Thanks again guys.

HI @sundramkr ,

There may be a third party tool to do it but the best way for that volume is to get Microsoft to move it for you.  Otherwise, you will have to do it manually or purchase a third party tool (which will basically be a mass macro that does the manual process for you).  The only time I have done this at scale we had Microsoft change our data center, tenant name and everything.  NOTE - you will probably still have to re-do pretty good chunks of work like recreate the Gateway Data Sources.

I agree with @collinq

We recently completed the process to migrate our all artifacts to a new tenant. Initially we reached out to MS support to check if there is any service available to migrate but the only service in terms of migration is when you move from tenant from one region to another. We had to migrate everything manually.

Fortunately, we had less than 50 reports and some shared data sources and data gateways. So we compelted this manually.

Since you have 800 reports, I would suggest for you to look into automating some of the steps using PowerBI Rest API
