menu at top of screen different functionality

The menu (breadcrumb) at the top of the screen is now working differently.  How do we get it back to the original functionality?

Before.. the Dashboard name (Sales Operations) would stay in place with you clicked on a tile to go to a report.  You could then easily get back to the dashboard by clicking on the dashboard name (Sales Operations) in the menu.
