measure of value difference between Desktop and Service

1, desktop is 6.9% , but published to service is 0%... (gateway is on/working)

2, it changed from to 0% to 6.9% after I download the report and refreshed in desktop

3, but use gateway dataset refreshed  , the data change to 0% again

4, other data all mirror with desktop， but that 6.9%（Jan)， even by chart Feb, Mar,  data...

why???  crazy。。。

when refresh win10 edge, the data will goto 0%.

then I manual refresh gateway,  the data change to correct.

I did not do edge cache clearify,  not sure if the problem from this...
