mails associated with security at the row level

good day colleagues, is there any method to modify the emails associated with security at the row level based on a table of an ERP or excel where is the most updated information? Due to staff turnover, email accounts change frequently. thanks

      in a report we have many roles, but people change. There is some way that this can be updated auntomatically and periodically.
