line under Title and Subtitle does not exist anymore?

Hi all, 

I'm working on one example and I really want to have this line under title and subtitle on dasboard tile 🙂

..when you remove that line? or where can I turn this on?

I can not see any settings for turning on and off the lines under titles in PowerBI service. 

You can use a trick of putting a line under the titles and pinning the whole page on the dashboard.

I have checked this sample in my PBI Service but it does not have lines under the titles as you mentioned.

I think that PBI dev team remove that line before month or more, tile is more clearer without that line.. but sometimes just seams like a good detail.. but we must get over, and continue with our lives without that line 🙂
