Hi,   We have few Power BI Pro licenses in our company. Can Desktop(Free version) users view the reports published by Pro users.   Thanks, Shruthi

    Hi there

    If you want to view reports or dashboards on the Power BI Service that have been shared each user will require a Power BI Pro license.

    Or you will have to have the App Workspace on Premium Capacity in order for Power BI Free Users to see the reports and dashboards.
