issues regarding the manage relationships in model view

hello, i have an issue regarding the manage relationship among the tables. whenever i am trying to make the relationship between the two tables the dialogue box which is opened after acling on the "manage relationship tool" occuoies the whole screen of my laptop. further more when i select the tables , there is no any 'Add' and 'Cancel ' option of the bottom right corner of that dialogue box. and i am unable to resize that dialogue box . please let me know if anyone has the solution for this.

Right-click on your desktop and choose "Display settings." Adjust the options for "scale".
