is there a better way to list my posts

hi, since joining i've been searching this forum on my userid, clicking users tab and then clicking a link in what appears to be my acct profile in order to see my posts.  after picking one and responding etc, i go thru the same sequence all over to see the next post etc.  today i went to a support tab to see if someone/something could teach me a better way but the circle kept spinning and i exited that search about 15 minutes later with no display of even one answer.   what is the proper way to view ones posts?

I am not positive I understand but if I am thinking correctly then I think the fastest way would be to do the first part as you state - " i've been searching this forum on my userid, clicking users tab and then clicking a link in what appears to be my acct profile in order to see my posts."  BUT, when you pick one, then, right click and "open in new tab" that way you don't have to repeat the cycle of going back through search everytime.
