import Jira data into Power BI
Hi,
I want to import all project data from Jira cloud to Power BI. I have received a odata query which works in the browser environment, but I couldn't get it work in Power BI desktop (used Web connector and Odata Feed). Can someone give me some help.
My Odata query is something like https://companyxxxxatlassian.net/rest/api/3/users/search?maxResults=2000

Hi Jeanxyz ,
I don't have a JIRA account and can't test for you. You may try to use API Server and Jira ADO.NET Provider in Power BI to feed Jira data. But it may need additional charge. Please choose according to your actual situation.

Thanks Anonymous .
I made some progress now. The Odata query itself won't work. I need to import a script and use API token as credentials. Here is the thread.

Hello Jeanxyz
I’d like to propose and alternative solution for you, you might want to try out our app - Power BI Connector for Jira: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1221150/power-bi-connector-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overvie... it's available for Jira Cloud / Server / Data Center.
We have a handy User/Admin Guide https://aserve.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PBCFJC/overview and fast/responsive support team at [email protected]. Please let us know if you need any assistance.
Cheers!
