I am currently using PowerBI Premium and am embedding reports into my web application using an iFrame. When I am viewing reports at design time in app.powerbi.com the "Fit to page" option works great. When I embed these reports in an iFrame in my web app, it does not. Specifically it behaves as if it were set to "Fit to width".
I have read the following resources:
https://github.com/Microsoft/PowerBI-JavaScript/wiki/Embed-Configuration-Details
but none of these were helpful in resolving this issue.
Not sure if this would help but this tool helped me to get rid of grey areas

Hey There,
Was looking for this for quite a few days. Works like a charm.
Thank you,
Nikhil
Hi @cyan
The suggestion by @fotomaxstudio would be the best option to get it to remove the white spaces at the end.
I opened ticket 117072116076977 about this on July 24 and will keep this topic updated. It is an ongoing production issue.
Hello,
@cjemmott any updates on this issue?
@GilbertQ You can check in the Microsoft embedded sample by resizing the page there is grey space at the height of the iframe meanwhile the width is adjusting normally. https://microsoft.github.io/PowerBI-JavaScript/demo/v2-demo/index.html
Thus it's not fulfilling the condition of "Fit to Page" view, any suggestions about a possible solution?
Thanks...
