i'm unable to create a new group on Power BI

i'm a pro user and i'm still receiving the below error whenever i'm trying to create a new group, can you please support?

@ChadMa What other Office 365 subscriptions do you have? This can occur if you don't have an Exchange 365 license.

i do have the Office 365 Pro Plus, i'm not sure how can i check if i have the Exchange 365?

@ChadMa Looking at this page, it appears that email is not included in that subscription.
