how to write into a Power BI Service report

I happen to come across this video (Pigment: The business planning platform for finance teams and CFOs ) and I wonder how to write directly into a Power BI table where there are already data existing. 

I know it's possible to write into Power BI reports via Power App visualization embedded in Power BI Service UI, but this video has brought it to another level, users can write into a complex table and override existing data. Does anyone know

HEllo @Jeanxyz ,

but this video is not Power bi, and power bi currently doesn't support such thing besides the approach you mentioned with Power Apps.

Stupid me. We encountered several vendors who sell reports built on Power BI, I just took it for granted that it's the same case for Pigmnet.
