how to set up -Service interruption notifications
Im trying to set up Service interruption notifications similar to what is described below. But i don't see those options.

I can only see below 2 options.

- Apparently you are not a Tenant administrator.
how do i find the tenant owner - Ihave reached out to all the owners in our org and nobody can see that option.

I think you don't have Power BI admin. You could ask your O365 admin to configure the role.
Go to O365 admin-->User-->Active User-->Manage Roles
Sorry this isnt a solution, please dont mark incorrect answers as solutions. For internal MS it managed by admin for the org. Nobody knowns who own this admin page.
