how to remove these

You need to turn off Visual Header(or Header icons as per latest update) to remove those icons.

There are lots of places you can do this. It can be done indicudually on each visual as others have shown or it can be done for the whole Report.

In Power BI Desktop, go to File, Options & Settings, Options, Current File, Report Settings and select "Hide visual header in reading view"

Or it can be done in Service, on the Report go to File, Settings and look for the same switch...

IN both cases this will hide visual headers in All visualisations on all pages, when the Report is seen by a Viewer in the Workspace, or shared etc.
