how to hide comments from certain users

I have a requirement regarding the comments feature in the Power BI service.  I need to make certain comments visible only to certain users.  For example, if users A and B have access to a report, user A should only be able to view comment 1, whereas user B should only be able to view comment 2.  As far as I know, comment viewing (security) has no option for granularity (comments are viewable by all users of a report), but I want to be sure.
