how to enable this feature

Hi community, I want to know how to enable this feature highlighted. The following image is the report published in power bi online. Another thing is to find information about this and how to find it.

    Hi Anonymous 

    What you've highlighted is a Power BI Dashboard. Dashboards are a service-only construct, you can't build them with Power BI Desktop you have to view and edit them in Power BI service. Dashboards are often used as a "Table of contents", "Edited Highlights" or "helicopter view" of many Reports. Admittedly this one has a silly name - there's no reason to put ".pbix" at the end of it - . But if you view and edit it - subject to the rights you have in the workspace.
