how to Share PBIX files to non 365 environment

Hello

I want to share a PBIX file with an organization with no Microsoft account. And are not interested in signing up for a power bi licence. Can I share PBIX files, and How?

I HAVE A PREMIUM LICENCE.

A PBIX file is like any other file - XLSX, TXT, PDF, whatever. Share it however you want.

But if you mean a Power BI report in the service, they MUST have a Microsoft Account and you have to add them to your AAD as a guest. Distribute content to external guest users with Azure AD B2B - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
