There are some differences between Microsoft Fabric and Power BI Embedded, detailed below:
Microsoft Fabric:
1. Microsoft Fabric is an end-to-end unified analytics platform that integrates all the data and analytics tools an organization needs. It integrates technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Power BI.
2. Microsoft Fabric can be used to optimize data integration, manage large amounts of structured data, real-time analysis, and reliable predictions.
3. Microsoft Fabric can embed Power BI projects while maintaining your existing Power BI embedding solution and using the Power BI REST API.
4. Microsoft Fabric uses F SKU and supports embedding in Power BI projects.
Power BI Embedded:
1. Power BI Embedded allows embedding Power BI reports and dashboards.
2. Power BI Embedded uses Power BI as its own brand to provide customer-facing reports, dashboards and analysis in its own applications.
3. Power BI Embedded uses A SKU.
4. Power BI Premium is aimed at enterprises and provides a complete BI solution using P or EM SKU.
If you just want to embed Power BI content into an application or website without using Fabric, this is indeed a lower-cost option.

As far as I know -when it comes to pricing you will see difference.
Impactful Individualthx Yang. i dont seem to be getting answers. Can the community pls tell us if we pay prem per user, is the developer just using his prem license to develop whatever in a ws designated for embedded intelligence/visuals? or are we also paying one of these 3 large $ figures for the ws to be allocated premium no matter what? And we think we know what fabric is but are each of the larger figures also buying us fabric? What if we dont want fabric , just embedded? Is there such a thing and is that less costly? I'm asking these questions as clearly as possible but dont really seem to be making progress.
