hexbin scatter visual is not displaying tooltips when published

Hi, I´ve developed a Hexbin Scatterplot visual in Power BI Desktop.

It works fine, but, when I publish it to Power BI online, the tooltips are not shown, nothing happens.

Any Ideas?

    Based on my research, if you are trying to make the tooltip work and display for the custom visuals you developed, please kindly check this official document that should require you to make some modification and add some changes in the source code you developed for this visual:

    Dear Aniya Zhang,

    Thanks for your attention.

    The visual HEXBIN SCATTER VISUAL mentioned and used, which is not working fine, is available when you "Get More visuals" at Power BI desktop. We had not developed it.
