1). What kind of data resource you're trying to connect to in Power BI?

2). Do you use the import data or direct query?

3). Is Enterprise or Personal Gateway configured?

i created a ticket to microsoft support and they escalated the ticket to power bi css team (mssolve)

the problem is on dashboard only: when entering them it shows 'Almost Done' loading and dashboards are not loading...

dashboards are based on SSAS cube reports on live connection, with enterprise gateway.

the problem is not on the data source or the gateway since the problem occurred only for the last two weeks, maybe from the last version relased. my last version is the 601 in the end.

hope you understansd the problem is very critical since clients are using these dashboards and they can't interact with them at all
