getting error when trying to view reports on powerbi.com "user needs to include a domain"

i fixed it. i had to go into the gatway\connections then set the authentification mode on the specific connection to "basic"

Can you please give more details about the error?

 

it appears that you are connecting via DirectQuery or LiveConnection?

WHat is the underlying source?
