gateway failed

Hi , 

I have a gateway installed for a Power BI report. I receive a data refresh failure message as below. 

I have check the source data path, which seems valid. In Power Query I find the query using this source file and I can refresh preview with no problem. 

Why the data refresh fails?

Can you make sure that the Gateway can access this location?

What you might need to do, is to log into the Gateway server and if possible open the PBIX and see if you can refresh it when on the Gateway server?

Thanks. This seems to be a temporary issue,the gateway is working again. Probably someone has the source file open when the scheduled refresh took place.
